By using IMG911, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the images you process with IMG911 and for how you use the results. You must hold the necessary rights or permissions for any image you process. IMG911 does not claim ownership of your images or of the outputs you create with the tools.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use IMG911 for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to create misleading or harmful material, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Service provided as-is

IMG911 is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Automated background removal will not always be perfect: results depend on the image, your device, and the browser, and may require manual touch-ups.

5. Changes to the service

Features, tools, and these terms may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The IMG911 name, logo, site design, and code are owned by IMG911 or its licensors. Third-party components and models used by the service remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMG911 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the service.
